Luzzu — the traditional fishing boats of the Maltese islands, dating back to Phoenician times. Funky-coloured, sporting the Osiris eye for protection, and used for fishing or transport.
You’ll see them everywhere, but if you suddenly spot a LOT of them — congrats, you’ve arrived in Marsaxlokk.
No ruler needed
Perfectly square at 9.5 x 9.5 cm — the gold standard of coaster sizing.

Made of high-pressure recycled paper + laminated with a non-toxic coating = tough enough to handle life and still look good.
Bring the heat, we can take it
Food safe. Dishwasher safe. Heat resistant (up to 150℃!). Basically indestructible unless you try really, really hard.
